Music Director/ Worship Leader
Licia began ministering in music when she was 12 years old.
For the past 18 years, she has served as a Lead keyboardist, Vocalist, Worship Leader,
evangelistic crusades in the United States and overseas.  Licia and husband Ray have 3
children and 1 grandson.
Licia says that the goal of the music ministry is to raise people up to be true
worshippers, and let them know that true worship is not about a song, but totally about
how we live!

Licia K. Spiers
Director of Finance
through the Purpose Driven Life campaign. Born in Pennsylvania, she has lived all over the
world. Saudia Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the Canary Islands have been other areas
of the world she has called home. She also has lived in Illinois, Colorado, and New
Hampshire.
In addition to her duties at The Master's House, she works as the Office Manager/
Bookkeeper for Folkes Electrical Construction.
She is married with three sons, and four grandchildren.
She is committed to help our Pastor with the financial needs of our Church.
Thelma Adams

Brenda works in the church office three days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays.     
She was born in Texas and grew up in Arkansas. Since then she has lived in Minnesota,
husband Mike and has 2 great teenagers that love and serve the Lord.Brenda was filled
with the Holy Spirit at the age of 11. She has always served in some way in Helps
Ministries: in Women's Ministry, developed and coordinated a Pastor's Prayer Partner's
Team, hosted home groups, and most notably in church publications.
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000, she has a powerful testimony of how she was
completely healed in October 2001. The painting and wallpapering of the church is also a
testimony of her complete healing that she loves to use as an opening to tell anyone that
will listen that God’s Will is that you are healed! He paid the price in full already.
Brenda states her passion for Intercessory Worship, and says, "I am really enjoying what
God is doing in me and through me to help serve the Body of Christ."
She is truly a servant!
